It only made me feel worse!

I still feel cranky, stressed, or overwhelmed at times. Of course! I’m still having a human experience, and these feelings can be part of it.
But I can bring myself back to calmness quickly now. And my moods no longer take over my days.
I feel relaxed most of the time. And so can you!
